CANCELLATION POLICY
All first time clients must provide a credit card to hold their appointment. Please book online if you do not want to give your information over the phone. Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be done no less than 24
hours before your service time to avoid cancellation charges.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your original service.
If the appointment is a "No Call/No Show"; you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time you will be rescheduled for that appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late to any services that are 2 or more hours long will be considered a “No Call/No Show” and you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service.
All Extension services and Corrective Color appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your total at the end of the service.

You may be required to provide a deposit for service based on your cancelation and rescheduling history. These deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
